The Alternative Accountability Policy Forum is an annual education policy conference held in San Diego, CA and is put together by RAPSA, a nonprofit organization focused on helping educators working with at-promise students. This year’s conference prepares to transition to a new name for 2020 and will fall under RAPSA’s current branding.
